Purely Positive

The pre workout noticeably helps with the last few reps where I would otherwise struggle in each set and tastes great. The creatine makes a night and day difference in recovery but also made my stomach look bloated, if you start off small and gradually increase your intake, that shouldn’t be a problem. It also didn’t affect my internal plumbing. The protein tastes great and seems to be good for muscle growth. And the workout guide is easy to follow and very well put together.
