Anytime I need to add or remove something from my plan, it’s just a click if a button. So many giveaways and appreciation for their customers. Genuinely love their transparency.

I got the Borderless plan recently, and it is truly Borderless. I tested it and it was seamless! My travel to Thailand and Taipei was completely covered. I am connected to all my Social Media accounts and never lost with my best friend Google Maps. I can go to Woodlands without worrying about being connected to Malaysia Network.

Mine is the usual 20Gb plan, and so far, everything works as promised. I've been with Circles for the past 4 years, and porting over was stress free, 4G works in SG most of the time (I haven't noticed anywhere where it didn't work) and was lucky enough to win a prize on one of the contests! The gacha games that is ongoing is also a thrill for me to win dollars off my bill and perhaps some Chicha voucher. Overall, a great experience!
